Shipping policy

At Jurere Coffee, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we handle deliveries.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We currently ship across Australia.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout).

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons).


5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. International Shipping

  • At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future.


7. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • For missing orders, contact us at hello@jurerecoffee.com.au and we will investigate with the courier.
